Returns of used or

not be accepted. You will be

All returns require a RMA
number (return material
authorization) before
sending any item back to us.

and request one - be
sure to include order date
and reason for the return.
This RMA number is only good
for 15 days from when it is
issued. Original shipping
and handling fees, as well
as return shipping charges,
are non-refundable. All
returns must be shipped back
in original packaging in
like new condition, with all
accessories, manuals, and
warranty cards.

issue a refund/credit only
for those products which are
deemed to be incomplete or
defective by a company
representative. All products
are QA checked for flaws and

shipment, but we ask that
the customer check their

from receipt or order is
considered complete. There
